I'll have to take a deep breath and think about this. Not really in my wheelhouse.
Tilray requires forward thinking. IPO this week. International medical pot supplier. They have business logisitics in place for when pot goes legal in Canada in October. The IPO cash influx is needed for expansion into rec sales.

up. down. I'll watch to see where it settles before buying any more. I know that it probably isn't a "strong buy" in your conservative scenarios, but as a "hmmmmaybe"?

I can understand loving many parts of California like its weather and fishing is some of the best in the world. In my case if something happens to my wife, God Forbid there will be a vapor trail at minimum across the California and Arizona boarder if not all the way back to Texas. If the "Progressives" were truly as "tolerant" as they think they are and would at least make an effort to understand what the majority of Americans view as to laws and the Constitution! I believe it would not be so hard for many that have lived their lives with more freedom than is granted by the State of CA to its citizens. I'm 68 years old that have lived in multiple states and an Army vet that feels cheated in California. I understand liberals and progressives RULE here in California but that is not the norm across the United States. California refuses to recognize CCW permits from other states and from an admitted outsider the state seems to want a socialist form of government which rubs many the wrong way on so many levels. It's just my opinion and everyone is supposed to be allowed one.

I was born and raised in CA I’ve been to most of the States and worked assignments in most of the major metropolitan areas. No State has better weather than CA. Unfortunately, 39 million other people have figured that out. Most places have rush hour traffic. CA has rush 24/7. Just too many people here. Then add in the other negatives of high taxes, liberal progressive politics with BS election laws and it gets downright intolerable.

I have a. In-law who’s a fireman in LA. He’s currently looking for a home in Idaho. Half the firemen in his station curebtly live in Idaho and work in LA. So our tax dollars that pay these fireman are not even being used in our local economy. That tells you something and it’s not good.

I am fortunate in that I have the money to exit. We already have one foot out the door. Few things in the way for me before I can fully exit. Since buying the home in Stevensville, Montana beginning of June I’ve seen my wife about 2.5 weeks. She’s having fun. I fly up tomorrow. Looking forward to it.

Yes California sucks; 5th largest economy in the world and growing, $20 billion in state reserves. Thanks in a large part to our progressive govenor. Opportun ities abound. Ithas a terrible climate. Saltwater fishing is horrible as is freshwater fishing trout and bass. Redwoods, Yosemite, Pacfic Crest trail, coastline and all of our islands are hideous. Incredibly beautiful women and a wonderfully diverse population.
So much to hate!
HAHA very funny

CALIFORNIA: The Governor of California is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A coyote jumps out, bites the Governor and attacks his dog.

1. The Governor starts to intervene, but reflects upon the movie “Bambi” and then realizes he should stop; the coyote is only doing what is natural.

2. He calls animal control. Animal Control captures the coyote and bills the State $200 testing it for diseases and $500 for relocating it.

3. He calls a veterinarian. The vet collects the dead dog and bills the State $200 for testing it for diseases.

4. The Governor goes to hospital and spends $3,500 getting checked for diseases from the coyote and on getting his bite wound bandaged.

5. The running trail gets shut down for 6 months while Fish & Game conducts a $100,000 survey to make sure the area is free of dangerous animals.

6. The Governor spends $50,000 in state funds to implement a “coyote awareness” program for residents of the area.

7. The State Legislature spends $2 million to study how to better treat rabies and how to permanently eradicate the disease throughout the world.

8. The Governor’s security agent is fired for not stopping the attack somehow and for letting the Governor attempt to intervene.

9. Additional cost to State of California: $75,000 to hire and train a new security agent with additional special training re: the nature of coyotes.

10. PETA protests the coyote’s relocation and files suit against the State.

TEXAS: The Governor of Texas is jogging with his dog along a nature trail. A Coyote jumps out, bites the Governor’s leather boot, and attacks his dog.

1. The Governor shoots the coyote with his State-issued pistol and keeps jogging. The Governor has spent $0.50 on a .45 ACP hollow
point cartridge.

2. The buzzards eat the dead coyote.

SouthBayKiller, while I was living in Casper, Wyoming an actual event with a rabid coyote. One of the local ranchers had a flat along the freeway and was out changing his flat tire. He said he heard something that just did not sound right to him so he stood up to look around. There was a coyote heading his way foaming at the mouth, growing and snapping at the air. Now this old guy was from one of the older families that helped settle Wyoming and has a verry large ranch and he carries his grandfather's .45 Colt Peacemaker on his hip (Wyoming at the time and I assume still is a right to carry openly state). He said he waited until the coyote came close enough, fired one shot into its chest killing it. He went back to changing his flat.

Like I said I lived in Casper, Wyoming and the Wyoming Highway Patrol set up a road block on the freeway looking for a vehicle that was just involved in a small town just east of Casper. Some of the local "cowboys" asked the couple of Troopers if the wanted some help in case the car our way. Several of the locals were sworn in to help man the roadblock because in Wyoming there is a lot of territory and few State police types to cover a huge amount of area. People up there help each other and are friendly sort of like what you read about in the 1950s. If you breakdown it might be a long time before you see another person so for the most part people stop and help. Well the bank robbers did try to run the road block and between the State boys and the locals with their deer rifles they turned that car into a bullet ridden heap. Scratch to back robber. It was in the papers later the bank robbers were from the Chicago area laying low in Wyoming after committing multiple felonies and bank robbery back in Illinois. They will not be robbing anyone else. As I have stated before most locals in Wyoming carry either a handgun or rifle (in their Cowboy Cadillac's) in plain sight.

When the nearest help can be over 50 miles away you have to take responsibility for your own safety. I loved it there and the people because the majority were of like mind to myself.:-)

We made the move this past summer. Couldn’t take it anymore. I miss the hell out of surfing and diving. Born and raised in SoCal.

We just bought a 4 BR home with a huge shop/garage and yard for 230K. It didn’t come with any keys cuz nobody’s locked the doors in 20 years.

Mule deer eat our plants, turkeys roll through occasionally. Antelope hang out by the school. We killed elk and deer a half hour drive from the door this fall. We can drive our Polaris around town. The kids can talk about what rifles they shoot while at school without causing a crisis. Gas is $2.75. My son can walk down to the store with his buddies cuz there aren’t 5 strung-out “beach people” sleeping on every corner.

It’s amazing how much freedom I didn’t realize I didn’t have till I got it back.
