Having to go to Alonon because of all the alcoholics in my life is one of my sources of anger, besides the alcoholics. There were a few good people in there and had fun with the bar flies at AA meetings, or the guy showup drunk from construction site to a meeting to get his court paperwork signed but, the bs and time wasted because of their issues sucked.
Split family issues are just more sources of repressed anger.
Told to be the knight in shining armor then beat on and cheated on, etc are also sources.
What did the therapist say were your sources?

Who are you protecting and what greater good are you serving by shutting down threads like the last one? Why not just let us each moderate our own content -- isn't that what the ignore button is for in the first place? And didn't BD get its start because of Allcoast censorship?

Well, I had my own long range boat built so I didn't have to put up with that guy, and I got my own resort so I didn't have to worry about getting reservations, and I started my own business so I would have a good boss, and I married my trophy wife as first and only so I didn't have to deal with all of the crap that comes with doing that wrong. On the other hand, I switched my religion to the one Christ was born to establish, and I don't brew my own beer because Coors, Pacifico and Corona are not only good enough for me, but better than anything I could cook up. My biggest mistake has been thinking I could figure out how to catch fish on my own. But the bottom line is, a man must have priorities -- the most important things he can't do better himself, and as for everything else there aren't enough hours in a day to do everything himself. The secret to a happy and productive life is knowing which is which.

You mean Don Parent, the owner, yeah, he didn’t get it. It started going down hill after Mel died. When I was a moderator there I never deleted/edited any thread.
