A lobster report. It's been slow start to the season unless you get the right current/tidal movement and know the right spots.

Got out late Sunday afternoon with Vince. Weather was nice but the wind was up a bit and definitely blowing good somewhere. Got soaked on the way out to the "grounds".

Dropped the nets and fished bass. Non stop biters on calicock's and sandoval's for about 30 minutes as it got dark.
As with Flyliner, I love this time of year. Amazing skies to be had.

The first charge was epic with 8 legals and 30 plus short. Next round, 1 legal, and 10 shorts. Last round 7 shorts. Over.

    9 legals

Felt good to get out again. Thanks Vince as always!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nice job, if you didn't get wet it just wouldn't be fishing IMO.

A big storm with big waves, if we ever get one, is going to open the flood gates.
Then you better get'em B4 they go deep(er).

    Thank You for your report.

Yep, bring on a storm or 2. I like when they go deep, the deeper the better

Would be interested in any tips if anyone feels like writing a pm for going deep as 60ft is about the deepest i've ever ventured.

    Looks like a beautiful evening!
