    It´s a Drum (croaker) like the White seabass (Atractoscion nobilis) of the eastern Pacific.

    awesome ..love to see new stuff..we have a similar bridge here in san diego called Coronado bridge ..your not allowed within 75 feet of the structure....every one has a damn sign warning ya...never heard of that rig before so thanks I learned something new ...I guess I am a bit slow ha ha

    Thanks! I am keen on Japanese fishing stuff.
    Bridges with strong currents can be dangerous, I need to check low and high tide times and fish only when current almost stops..
