Saltwater Shrimp MA 11 - skunked!

If terrible means five limits in three hours then yes it was terrible last year
Thursday in MA 11. 4 limits but had to work for them. Friday in Hood Canal 4 limits in 2 pots.

I have a BAD feeling about the MA7 extender. WDFW usually (at least for the last 5-6 years) extends it for most of July and into August. This year...who the hell knows?????????? I'm thinking NOT. Just means alot more gas and time to travel to BC to shrimp the one spot I know. Oh well, happy hunting guys....

We hit 8-2 today with 5 of us on the boat. First pot was 81. 2nd 0. Talk about changing expectations. We grinded out 3.5 limits which based on others we talked to was pretty good. Big shrimp compared to what we caught in souther ma9 a couplebweeks ago. Still beats working

I did the extra day in MA11 today, went to a different area, got my limit in two pots. 50ish in the octagon and 30ish in the cheaper regular square one. yea me. Solo mission today, no one wants to shrimp with me any more
