    99 ficht 150.

    Change out the water pump.

Now sometimes (not always) in the morning when launching shift into reverse after I slide off the trailer, and its like its still neutral. then shift to forward same shit .

Once it finds the gear its fine and has no issues.

Until the end of the day last time out did the same thing. I don't understand...

Are you sure the shift shaft is connected correctly? Pin through the hole?

Sounds like maybe the pin is below the hole in the shaft, the hook shape at the end of the shaft maybe enough to be able to grab the shit mechanism on the motor
