Was down there today for the final touch up before tomorrows (Friday Dec 21) opening about 7 am. There is tons of courtesy dock space now. They still have some construction debris in the parking lot but it should be gone after Christmas. Official opening with dignitaries will be sometime in mid January. It should be quite an improvement for our upcoming 23rd Annual Bay Bass Tournament on Feb 2, 2019.

^^^That is the Outboard Boating Club house in your red circle.
The Scheiße Haus and vending machines are about 120 feet due East; just outside of your photo, on the left.

Looks like more space for people that like to dock their boat for hours.

Is fishing going to be allowed off of the breakwall? You know people are going to fish off of there... If it isn't allowed, who and how often will it be enforced?

That is looking nice, I’m smelling a special parking permit blowing in the wind.

That is a concern of mine also. I can already see fishing line getting tangle in propellers/outdrives and blowing shaft seals.

They need to put up signs stating "no docking for more than 5 minutes"
