Hi guys!

First post, but I've been reading for a while, so a quick intro. I just started fishing about 6 months ago. I live and travel with my gf through Canada, the US and Mexico in a campervan at the moment while working as a freelancer and making some travel videos. I really caught the fishing bug and love fishing. That being said, we're traveling on a low budget and now even more so because we recently lost one of our major clients due to the bad economy, so money is a bit tight. I usually go pier/surf fishing and have loads of fun and plan on doing that when I get the chance.

I'd love to go fishing on a boat, but a private charter is not within our budget, so I was wondering if anyone knows of any more local shared charters to go out fishing in baja or along the coast somewhere else. We're driving down from Ensenada all the way to Cabo/La Paz over the next two weeks and then continuing on the coast of Mazatlan, Oaxaca, etc.

I tried googling and checking facebook groups, but I came up empty handed. No biggy if it's not possible, but just wanted to check the knowledgeable guys here.

Thanks a lot!

Which one?
When we fish pangas in Baja, the cost is for the boat. One, two or three fisherfolk. From personal experience, if my wife isn't fishing on a particular day, I'm solo and wouldn't mind sharing the cost with a new friend. Hang around the marinas, start a conversation, practice your spanish.

What's your youtube or other sites channel? There's a couple out of San Diego that shows their desert camping, dirt biking, fishing and dare I say Sailing activities. Safe travels.
