I have 8 of these jackets for sale. They are 4 seasons old and have obvious signs of use. They can be cleaned up further.
They are all armed even through most of them indicate they need service according to the colored indicator on the vest. I troubled shooted this indicator and its secondary to the integrity of the c02 and bobbin. Basically it's a plastic tab and if it gets smacked hard or installed without being careful it breaks and the colored indicator shows service. I test submerged one in water and it inflated as normal for me.
But it's your call if you want to trust them. You could also just rearm them and the indicator will show green.
