Maybe a stupid question. But I didn't know rollers were for light rods. What is the best use for this type of rod?

These are the light weight rollers Pretty much an all around rod-works great for drifting bait.Casts pretty well,maybe not as good as a ring guide,but the way I cast it really doesnt matter
