I've got a black S glass Ulua also Reggie. You probably saw it at Sergio's last summer. I'll dig out the picture of the label from my old phone.

What make it’s your favorite
1. So versatile as i can drop down to 25 and go up to 50lb, but 40lb is the sweet spot for it. The range of different reels i can switch to on it as well. 2. Hung a over 125lb bft on it until getting cut off at deep color on 40lb mono .and the rod had alot of back bone over the greenie PH models (ive fished both and thats really my opinion and experience). It does fish on the heavier side than the PH. 3. Ive seen other SD8’s but none identical to this one or close to. 4. It goes on all my trips. 5. Didn’t pay alot for it and not looking to trade or sell it. Of all the D8’s i own or ever owned, this one ive paid the least but cherish the most.
