Boat almost ready for battle now.
Just got my custom silver Carbon Fibre outriggers from Seamount and got to put them to the test today.
    Took the Portlock ledge tour
Tide was Ripping ,still blowing 15+ And my son starts blowing Too..
Unfortunately no chunks.. So no Ono.
    Just a kawakawa...
So stoked just to have a boat !!

    Kiwi,
Do tell... what ya think, sea trial should certainly give a sense of what you are in for. And Seamount riggers too, nice.

    Cheers
    Pat

Congrats Mark on your new ride! Definitely looks like it’s dry enough for Hi Kai on a 15-20kt day! I’ll be looking for your fishing reports again!

    Hey Mark,
I’m in the market for a new GPS. I just noticed a picture of yours and wanted to know what model Garmin and how do you like it? Thanks!

    Russ,
    I got the 9v package.
I am just learning to use it. the depth finder and the gps seem to coincide with each other.
I haven't tried to catch anything in the bait balls that have been indicated on the finder.
Unit is good to 1000' and comes with the transducer for around $900
Seamed like a good place to start
Having the New connector hooked up next for motor interface
    Cheers

So now that you have a few miles on her..
What is your miles per gallon so far ?
I'm thinking about repowering Misty Dawn
    From a 225 to the 200 yamaha.
