Spent 3 days and 2 nights fishing SCI. Friday we found boiling fish but they wanted nothing to do with us. We fished all day Saturday = qty 1 100lb Bluefin end of the day. Sunday first light I drop a mackerel to 70ft and get bit immediately = qty 1 60lb. Some winds on Saturday but decent conditions all weekend. Water temps in the high 60s. The crew at work was stoked with the fresh poke at break time today!

Good job. Respectable size fish for sure.

I have done the food saver for a long time. I'm gonna step up to the VacMaster soon. Maybe Santa can come early..........

Lots of effort and some nice rewards, surprised to have dodged the wind, the forecast called for small craft all weekend at SCI? But then again when have they been right this year?

VacMaster was by far the best investment i have ever made when it comes to hunting/fishing.

I use it constantly. I have it set up in my spare room with a drawer full of different sized bags below it. I use it for last minute marinades all the time. the ability to vacuum pack everything from liquid to powders is awesome.

I got mine NIB from Craigslist. just keep your eyes open and be ready to jump.
they also have refurbished ones available from time to time.

After much research I went with the oil drive piston. I don't use it in the volume that a commercial operation does but I like the assurance.
