    Los Cabos.- September 1, 2017 - Following the passage of Tropical Storm Lidia, the Los Cabos Tourism Trust wishes to share with visitors that all safety protocols were successfully carried out.

    Authorities continue to work to ensure the safety of tourists and residents. Initial assessments indicated that some areas and hotels suffered slight flooding, however, due to destination precautions, the community and infrastructure are in perfect condition to receive visitors.

    The Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) did not present any structural damage, so that, from Saturday, September 2, operations will be resumed giving priority to the departures of the destination. It is important that the passengers consult with their airlines the resumption of their flights to Los

    Cabos. Road cleaning has already begun for easy access to the airport, however, caution is advised as some stretches still encounter mud. Some self-service stores are already open and the Federal Electricity Commission has restored 25,000 services.
