    Ha! I don't get to see the back of my own head very often:-) When I first went to a NOF meeting, I looked around the room and thought " Wow, all these dudes are old!" Seeing the back of my head in that photo, all a sudden I'm one of them!!!

    I like the idea of a later start in area 10. A lot of opportunity is lost on BS encounter guessing by WDFW when it opens that early. Open it after 9 shuts down and let it run into late August so we have a chance before the Muk nets wipe them out. The June coho thing might screw us on encounters.

    I agree with Siv...less than stellar....sure, compared to many years ago. However, they predicted promising signs of some returns. In addition, I do not take alot of stock in forecasts. At least in the South Sound. Few years ago they predicted record coho runs...it was crickets down south..

    This is supposed to be a pink year as well, last couple pink years have been not good down south.

    I'll take any "on a brighter note" signs.......
