First time to S. Padre. Not sure whether to stay in the bay or go off shore. Looking for guide recommendations for the June 1 -4. Tarpon has always been on my list. Trolling offshore is never a bad idea but learning to fish the shallows would be a longer term play as i could go it alone in the future. recommendations and tips welcomed.
