Left at 5;00 from Davies for a long ride to the 14 mile bank . $-6 other boats out there with the same luck , NO fish. Kept going out to the 277 area -much lower water temps-69,5 and no life . The wind started building so we headed foe the East end and back to the beach. Temps going up tp 74.5 at mid channel . Saw a puddling fish and trolled by it -Hook up- good battle and a few jumps later we landed a 18 lb Dorado. We didnt find any kelps all day until after noon. trolled by it for 3 hookups-all landed -10 lb yellows. They never came back. We didnt have any bait so might have done better !! Another week or two and its goin to get nuts !!!
