You guys always seem to do great bassin' on the Ducky, even on slow days. To hear yesterday may have been the best day ever (at PV/Shoe) says a lot. I dont fish much in the winter because the catchin is slow usually, but now you have me rethinking that mindset.

Whether or not you have pics, 200+ fish is an incredible day. I like to say "BS without pics" on some posts mainly because I like the fish porn, but anyone who has been on this forum knows you guys have it dialed in.

I would not have stopped catching to take pics either (unless I caught something no one would believe...trophy or rare catch). My biggest fish ever was a 45lb (apprx) WSB and my only pic was taken at home because the backside of Cat was going off all day and I was having too much fun to stop and have the skipper snap a pic.

On a side note, what's up with Dr. Bob not kicking down some pain meds while on the water? Just kidding :D

Happy you guys had a great day!!

    Lal & Cory-

Great to meet you in person on the water. Sorry about Cory's back, but the epic day of bass fishing was probably worth the pain.

Hope to see you out there again.

Hi Steve I am on blood thinners and have to watch out for anti-inflammatory drugs. I made an appointment with my general doctor this afternoon, will post the results if available? Thank for the feedback.

Hey Cory, I know a great lawyer. I'm sure LAL knew that stool could open in a false lock position...and failed to provide safe instruction..so what shall we rename the ducky? How does "Cory's Dory" sound?
Just kidding..Hope you feel better and thanks for the great report!

The judge would label the Ducky an irresistibly attractive nuisance.

    R&R is approved.

Thanks Cory, I think I will put chasing bass on my Sat to do list! I will swing by Turners on the way home to inspect their inventory of clear with red flake!
Have a great trip on the Relentless!

Hope you’re healing Cory. Dr Bob and I got around 40 bass and some by catch at the shoe on our half day today.

I dislocated a finger right before a Christmas ski and snow machining trip, and like the doc predicted, it’s now a thermometer that measures cold temps with pain. Aging blows!

Sounds like a great day on the water and always love to read your reports!!! Yes sounds like someone was watching over you and glad u weren’t seriously hurt.
    Question
To get to fishing grounds I’m assuming Paulo’s. Verdes (PV) in your report do u launch out of Long Beach then head past the light house? Is that where pv is?
Great report and sounds like a rush

We launch from Davies in Los Alamitos. Yes you go past the red buoy at Point Fermin, up as far as the Trump Golf Course.
