    Thanks for the report. Always look for your informative, complete write-ups. Something about fishing (and catching) that helps the pain. Get better soon, the weather could straighten out before you know it!

    Great Report....I am already mentally picking out my gear!!

    I am a BIG fan of Phys Therapy . . . IF your MD recommends (writes a prescription) and IF your insurance covers it, once the current pain and inflammation are gone try to get a Phys Therapy eval and Phys Therapy program. Once you get the exercises down you can continue at home.

    I have a bad right shoulder (well spent youth, aka stupid stuff) and Phy Therapy last year loosened joints and strengthened atrophied muscle groups so that I went and enjoyed a 10 day (with some Aleve at night & hot showers) and was so happy I gave tuna & wahoo to my therapists and MD.
