My understanding is it was built by I think Willard? Ron spent 3-4 years converting it from the old sport boat " Pacific Clipper" to it's new shape. Stripped it down to a bare hull and started all over. Absolutely a fisherman's dream boat, other than the cost to do all that?

Mike, I think it's a Willard hull. But everything else was redone custom from the bare hull, up. The salon area was expanded some, but EVERYTHING was redone brand new- I mean, everything! Most awesome fishing platform I have ever fished.

Its basically a private long ranger.

It was a sportfisher out of the Channel Islands Harbor at one point.

All Furuno top of the line electronics: side scan sonar, 3 radars (2 down, 1 with the ARM system), 1 up top. Redundant radios, westmar stabilizers, I could go on & on

Listening to Sirius radio or dvd movies right on the Furuno nav screen while sitting at the helm on your watch made it very easy

The fish hold had its own icemaker (see pics) and at one end after we had the fish filleted the other end had shelves where you could keep the bags on ice also..

Ron really has this vessel dialed in.

The Cummings diesels (675 HP) at troll/cruise speed used about 5 gallons per hour on each side. Very good consumption. I think he said he normally runs with 900 gallons, but has an extra 2 tanks that will hold another 500?

This Fall will be Mag Bay trips... can't wait
