Royal Polaris 18 day is having a great trip... Cows and Super Cows hitting the deck

[Soda Pop]

The RP is on a 18 day trip fishing HB bank as you read this right now. Captain Roy Rose is putting smiles on the anglers faces and a few are getting the RP shower for getting a personal best. Both Kite and fly line baits scored super cows so far on this trip. They haven't talked much about the Wahoo but the BIG TUNA are on the chew. I just talked to my buddy that's on the trip to congratulate him on his Super Cow. Both the Excel and the Red Rooster have long trips coming up. The June Heat on the Rooster is sold out but last I looked the Excel had a couple of open spots. Enjoy the Pictures.

The RP on the HB at the right time is everything. Sometimes it’s hot,other times it’s not. Things are smokin w larger! We plugged the boat in 2.5 days once, another was a slow pick. It looks Iike th RP hit it right!

Vlad is omnipresent, was with him on a 15 day in November 2022, 5 months ago, and I think I have seen him on 4 other 15+ day trips on at least two other boats than the one I was on with him. Impressive machine that Vlad!

I was on two 16 days with him and we fished PV a couple of months ago. He's a great guy. Love sharing the rail with him.

I’m on it this year Dave. I’m going to try and do the on the water reports like you did. However being technologically challenged may make it a little bit difficult.

Just read that they're anchors up to Cabo for drop off. 11 cows and 4 supers...plus it seems a bunch between 40 - 70 and 100 - 200.

Although that means nothing for the Okuma trip. Last year, there was a boat at the bank crushing them, then headed out. We got there 48 hours later and there were more tuna in my sink than at the bank. The joys of chasing pelagic fish. Good sign though for sure....

But, if my interweb skills are on par, only 1 boat heading there now, the Royal Star, and they'll head back to Cab on the 25th....then 9 days of silence until we get out there. Who knows...may be the one
