18x24 patio cover. Need it sheeted and roofed. 2/12 pitch. Currently has polycarbonate over tongue and groove pine. Getting pissed at leaks. Anyone do this or know someone?

I work in waterproof roofing it's fairly simple, all you have to do is buy acrylic paint and apply it on the roof and give it around 2 to 3 coats..acrylic is a 10 year guarantee of not having anymore leaks for that duration.

Torchdown is the old school. Go with a pvc membrane and an installer that knows what they are doing and you have a clean, bullet proof, true 40 year deal.

Not to be rude but I've been contracting for 15 years and nothing at a 2/12 pitch in the state of Washington with anything you paint on has a hope.

I agree with the metal roof. You can get it cut to length, delivered if needed, and easily installed for a small roof.
