Rods for talica and Trinidad

Hello BD, I am looking for rod pairings for the Shimano Trinidad and Talica—interested in Seeker Rods suggestions. I live in So-cal and fish out of the San Diego & LA area. Thank you!

Max drag: Trinidad: Fluorocarbon ranges I plan to use.
17 lb. 14A w/50#braid 25-30#
25 lb. 16A w/65# braid 30-40#
25lb 20A w/80# braid 40-50#

Max drag: Talica:
20lb 8II w/40# braid 30-40#
40lb 12II w/65# braid 40-60#
40lb 16II w/80# braid 50-80#

For my 14a I use a super seeker 270h-8 for 20-25 lb flyline, 16a i use on my jig stick on a ph ulua (only because I got small hands), and my tac 12 I use a super seeker 6480 for 30-40 lb flyline. Those work best for me

    I would take a look at the Okuma PCH series light as strong and priced way better... just saying I fished seeker for many years good rods.

    25 lb. 16A w/65# braid 30-40# 270H8/SSD8/RCLB80M for 30. Different Rod and Bigger Reel for 40...
    25lb 20A w/80# braid 40-50# 6480H or 90J

    Max drag: Talica:

    20lb 8II w/40# braid 30-40# 800H
    40lb 12II w/65# braid 40-60# 700H
    40lb 16II w/80# braid 50-80# 770H


    The Okuma PCH series are also good rods.
