Rod and reel pairing advice

Hi, I need help pairing my rods and reel as well as selecting line for each. What is the recommended combination? I can purchase additional rods if necessary for better matchups.

I have the following reels:
Squall 30 star drag
Fathom 30LD2
Talica 10ii

and the following rods:
7’ Ugly Stik MH (20-50 lb)
Phenix PSW 700H (20-60 lb)
Okuma PCH-C-801 XH (30-60 lb)

Ugly Sticks tend to be "light" for their line rating, so I'd put the SQL30 on that, and fish 20-25-30 pound topshots.
A TAC10 is about equivalent to a PENN Torque TRQ15LD2, so it would appear to match best with the 700H, though I think that rod is maybe a tiny bit heavy for the 30-pound topshots that work best with reels of that category.
That leaves the FTH30LD2 to go on the 801XH, and that reel works great with 40-50 pound topshots.

Thank you. I could buy better rods to match the reels if necessary. Funding really isn't an issue but I like value purchases.
The tiger stik and squall were my first rod and reel that got me started.
