So I've been looking to build a calstar grafighter 700h for fishing in south FL for a while now and can't find the blank for anything, even looked for factory wrapped rods and no luck. So now I'm weighing my options as to what blank to build on now. Most of the fishing I'm doing is bottom fishing is south fl and the Tortugas.

I was looking at Phenix blanks and united composites but have never touched one of those before.

Any suggestions on blanks or rods comparable to what I'm looking for? Who knows maybe you know where I can get a 700h gf

Try the Longfin in Orange, CA. They have a huge selection of Calstar and they ship. (714) 538-8010.

The search function in the classified sections holds the answer to that. Seen a few of each lately. I own a 40nld2 fathom though and it's a nice alternative (something to consider).
