Thanks for the info, Steve! Sounds like the 182 has nice water and could have fish soon!

    Good Info Steve.

We need more reports like this. Hearing about scouting trips are key.

Not every trip can be bloody.
Knowing where people are Not catching is as important as hearing where its working.

Thanks for taking a look. I have been wondering about the local (Dana, Ocean Side) areas. Soon, I hope.

Thanks guys the 182 looks great good life and conditions. I wanted to find my own fish. The warmer water is inside the ridge a couple miles until you get down towards the 182. I found some 69 degree water half way between 181 and 182. There is alot of Dolphin in the warm pockets of water working bait. If conditions hold I would look 182 area and south maybe they will move in.

Fish are moving North as was seen yesterday at the Hidden Bank. If the weather holds the 182 should start holding soon. Thanks for intel.

Fished the 181 yesterday, plenty of bait in water, color looks good. Note sure if the temperature will hold. Let's hope we get a heat wave and clear skies for the next 2 weeks.

Skunked and 3 kelps paddies found (they were very small 5 diameter piles)
