Race for the Blue
What's the side pot on Leather Back turtle?
haha... a good question I guess we will see once the crew is gathered at the captains meeting on the friday night! Saw a leatherback the other day quite amazing animals!
Is that paid in Canadian?
Yes it is.
Whenever one of my buddies with a "big" boat wants in on this, IM IN! Im ready to go show those Canadians how its done. @Chasin' Tail
dam.. Terrafin tells me 66* blue water is only 28 miles out...
Ive got the boat, who's gonna pony up the entrance fee?
Me, im in on splitting the entrance fee. @Fish_on! has money too but his old lady would say no.
I’m in.... still got plenary of last years elk.
Need a translator? My tuna skills are questionable but my Canadian is impeccable. With out a wicked good translator it could turn in to a real gong show eh?
got my 15.6' hourston glasscraft rigged up and ready for the tournament.... didn't know Americans were so soft.
Hey canadian guy, is it legal to use live bait in this tournament? I assume you guys dont have bait pens up there? What if i find a way to get bait, is it legal?
Yes it is legal. IF you find a way to bring live bait up please bring a couple live wells for me
Hmmm just a few extra barrels of fuel
Should do it ..!
Some of Those guys were down here last year !!!
If I remember right, one of them had a whole shit pile of gas cans on board to make the run too.
@Poppa_D heading to Bam Saturday morning for 8 days. If things go as planned we should have possession limits by mid week on salmon etc. Anyone been looking out of Tofino? I heard 25ish miles out?
There have been some fish caught 25 - 30 miles but a bit scratchy on numbers. I am sure there will be some people fishing this week with a more up to date report! Good luck in Bam!
If the Canadians can't tell the difference between a sunfish and a shark, our chances are pretty good.
