    Hi Guys,
We left Dana Point at 5 am headed toward the 43 via the 209 and the 181. Got to the 43 trolled around up to the east butterfly. Then we went down to the 302, from there to the 182 and along the ridge to the 181 and back to the 209 and 267 at 9pm home.

Conditions were flat, calm with great water at the 43. Found 15 to 20 nice kelps, loaded with bait and not one taker all day. On the way in around the 267 saw marlin feeding tried to bait with mackerel to no avail.

    See you next time,

Long distance, dry prospecting sounds like the first episode of
    "Gold Rush".
