I have another thread about having a few extra days off... Well, why would I have a few days off?

Because I'm changing jobs. I will be joining the team at RAM Mounts to run its communications. I'll be overseeing all things PR, social media and some of its other cool marketing things as well.

    Here's a blog post where I have a little fun etc... http://www.thegeekgiant.com/2015/10/08/top-5-reasons-i-learned-a-lesson-from-pr-takeaways/

I know a few of you guys have RAM mounts on your rides and I'd love to hear (via PM if you'd like) what you like etc...

I start next Thursday but hopefully I put a little blood on the deck first.

Well if you want product suggestions- stop by 1933 Minor Ave. It is amazing how much product we buy that should be going to a local business but goes to Havis or Jotto.

On a personal product need- iPad pro mount when at the iPad launch date

Right on Eric - Employee discounts for all Brothas....yes!!! Been looking for a good mount for an I-Pad that I can secure to a vertical piece of fiberglass. That way I can run full on GPS/Chart plotter on a big I-Pad screen on that and a full on FF/Sonar on my Raymarine...instead of split screen...

I hope you informed your new employer about all the days off you will need to take.....

    Be safe all....Swanny

Congrats on the new gig! I really like RAM Mounts. When I was re-rigging my SeaSport I told the guys doing the job that I wanted a RAM Mount for my aft station Lowrance HDS MFD. Instead they talked me into a JohnnyRay mount. That mount was a PITA, so I recently swapped it for a RAM. Way easier to use, and easy to adjust viewing angles. Rock solid too.

Eric, are you going to work on their website? It is really bad on a mobile device. Hard to search for parts.

Good deal Eric. I have a RAM mount on my Grady. It holds the Raymarine C-80
    Just right!

PSA is resurrecting the Monroe Sportsman show at the end of March. This show is going to be a sportfishing show instead. At least for the first year. This would be a great place for you to display ram mounts.
