I am going to be going on my first tuna trip in just under a month. I have order a few mebachi poppers. They come with owner split rings and Vmc 8525 treble hooks. My questions are.

1. Do I need to replace the hooks that come on them?

2. Would there be advantages to changing to single inline hooks?

3. If I need to change them what hooks do I need to change to?
