well, its time to introduce my DIY manual "handy" wrapper box
this wooden box was made first to carry some tools inside the house, then I modified it a bit to be able to fix 2 broken guides on my trevala rod, that was the only purpose, but it worked so good that I fixed many rods for friends until I actually rebuild from the foregrips to the tip currently 6 rods still with the same manual wrapper.

this was fixing one of the 1st rods

then when I saw it worked so good, I painted it and put some stickers on it

currently is wearing some wheels with bearings to turn the rod 3x easier by hand

its completely portable and the best part is that once you finish for the day, just trow any accesory you are using inside and put it on a corner till the next time.

these next rewrapping jobs were made using this high class rig

Que Padre! I've been hand wrapping for 40 years. Probably couldn't use a power wrapper if my life depended on it.

Awesome. I might change mine to a box like that. I always can't find some of me tools and supplies haha. Where did you get the little wheels? I could really use some of those

I got the wheels on eBay directly from China and used some 5mm hex bolts I have from my RC cars as axle.

For the small tools I use plano boxes and a small tackle box, both fit pretty good inside the Rod wrapping box

    That is awesome!
I have to keep my tools / supplies in several boxes, separate from my wrapper. That's a great way to keep everything together.
