Nice work Cody. We got one on the jig yesterday near the float tilla at 4pm. Left SD bay at noon due to that thing called work getting in the way. No sardines at EB. Only anchovies. Not even thin wire hook, 30# test swimmable. Got fish to move up on chum, but never did they break the surface. Tried sinker with a few choives, almost jokingly thinking they would bite. Anyways, happy the bait receiver had good bait today. They were filling the pens as we were getting “calico” bait. Any of you got tips on using small anchovies to fly line? I didn’t want to go lower than 30# yesterday with the grade of fish.

Yea sounding like they ran out of sardines shortly after I got bait. Glad you got one at least!
