Not a Penn; possibly a Baker.
To get some good responses, best bet is to move this post to the BST or "fishing reels" forum.

Tunanorth is Thee Man on Penn. Follow his suggestions. Good luck.

Assuming it is a Baker, there were different "generations" that required differing amounts of Penn parts to complete them.
Some Baker collectors may answer on those other forums, though you may have to post it on the classifieds forum at "X" price and see what kind of reaction you get..

Probably started life as a Penn then got a Baker frame and Pro Gear handle.

That's one of Cals 2-speeds with a Baker size 4 reel. Without knowing the size of the drag or what Cal did hard to put a price on it. The frame alone sells for $275.00. Send it to Cal & find out exactly what he did to it. If it's a super 12 you can fish up to 60# on it.
