Took a group of Spear-os out paddy hopping on 7-30.
Original plan was to spend the day at the Nados, but with all the pelagics so close, we decided to paddy hop.
Every paddy held fish. We ended with 5 YT, and 4 dodos. Also had a handful of pullouts. One of the YT had a fresh ringed hook in its mouth.
Divers took shots at BFT and YFT, but weren't able to connect.
Went inside to Pukey Pt. for the 4:40 slack tide, but only saw some small barracuda. Divers were pretty tired by then, so we headed in after a couple drop offs.
This was their first blue water dive, and all of them set PBs for speared fish.
I love taking out Spear-Os. They don't get drunk, and I don't have to clean up sardine scales
