    I'm partial to the patty melt....unless YT caught the day before and I donate fish to the galley for YT sandos.

    The tuna melts he use to make back in the albacore days.........oh my!
    I learned to boil tuna for making tuna salad watching what he did.

    I'm down with the Chowder. But fresh YT sandos are hard to beat. I always contribute my first day catch to both...and sashimi.
