Owner st 76 4x VS 5x size difference?

I found some Owner st 76 5/0 4x and 5x trebbles and the 4x is a little cheaper and was curious if they are the same size and just differnt strength or different sizes

The 4x st 66 are a smaller diameter wire than the 5x st 76. I don’t know if the dimensions of the hook are the same for say, a 5/0 hook. A 5/0 st 66 will choke most fish!
