Nice work!

Question for all you halibut fishers out there. What is your preferred rigging for targeting halibut?

Either way, to a high or down to a low, both sides of the swing and the bigger the tide the better. On small tide days, it doesnt seem to matter as much and fish may bite anytime. I like right when the current first starts to pick up and always go back up and drift over a spot where a fish was hooked.

Thats textbook stuff right there......Take notes! Good going Jon.

Some of my biggest Halibuts have been with in eye shot of the jetty.. Not that you needed to know that! lol

I am sure everyone knew what you meant... and of course you would be giving them up if they were yours too, right? What? are you new? I see you ask for the numbers all the time, you aren't new, just act like it. it isn't, ask and you shall receive... spend the time and the money to find some numbers and then come back and share them with us.
