2023 Tuna charter- 1 seat available due to a last minute drop.

Last September, I set up a tuna charter out of Westport that was a HUGE success! 6 of us went-each of us brought home about 70 lbs of filets .
🙂

I've booked a boat this year for August 26th this year aboard Pacific Bluewater Sportsfishing, a 39' express center console captained by a well seasoned pro, Jason Takayoshi:

As we did last year, I've also reserved a place in Westport- the game plan is to depart Seattle Friday, spend the night at the apartment, then walk across the street to the boat early Saturday morning.

When we return to port, we'll have the apartment to stay in overnight, and head home Sunday morning.

1 seats is available; cost is $450 + $200 for the cabin if you stay overnight.
Contact me if interested- let's go fishing!

Hope you can get out - all charters have been cancelled all week. Today is 11 foot swells so certainly no boats going out. It is forecast to drop a little tomorrow and the advisory shows as lifting at 2am. But bound to still be sporty seas in any case.

He’s talking about 8 days from now. It’ll be awesome out there. And, not a shabby boat to chase em on either! Sounds like a great way to set up a tuna trip. Get down early the day before. Eat a good meal and have a drink. Early to bed. Hit Float 12 at 0530 refreshed and ready. Chill in a bean bag for 2 hours. Get up, kill 40 fish. Sleep in a bean bag for maybe 95 minutes. Eat a warm burger at Bennett’s while fish are cleaned. Shower, cocktails, good nights rest. Breakfast at King Tide Sunday and leisurely drive home before the traffic gets crappy.

Nice Plan Pete!

Was an anwsome trip, Lawrence- and our plan was pretty much spot on as you describe.

Catch was only 28 fish- but they were the jumbo variety. :)
