Have two of the high speed models, they seem to work pretty well for the price. Rigged with 80lb pp hooked up a 70" BFT last year. Destroyed the clicker but otherwise the reel held up. Got him to the boat but operator error ended the fight. Have had problems with other okuma reels but supposedly they've brought some tiburon guys on board to turn things around on some of their newer stuff. Good luck with the reel search!

go for it, seems like a good budget opcion on the new Okuma era, remembers me for the price and nice specs to daiwa sealines line, graphite body, light and pretty good overall, obvious difference are in this Solterra you will have more drag and is leverdrag.

you can find them on charkbait
