anyone know of a good local or online store to order reel parts from? got a brand new metaloid12 in the mail yesterday and had to grind the clamp a little well as im grinding the clamp the reel vibrated off the bench and it fell right on the two speed button and broke the plastic i had it out of the box for about 2 minutes.

Okuma is currently working on an on-line parts system, this will make ordering parts on the consumer's end much easier and will free up the Customer Service staff for improved processing all around.
The system has been in the works for a while but circumstances surrounding the pandemic have hindered that process and put us behind schedule, as of now we cannot give an official launch date but things are looking promising for the near future...

I just ordered parts from Okuma's website. Create a ticket and they are on it. Just get the part numbers off of the appropriate schematic. Great service.
Sent okuma a parts request on the website last night. They responded today saying they would ship me the parts free of charge! Now if that’s not the best damn customer service I don’t know what is THANKS OKUMA!!
I received the parts that I ordered from Okuma yesterday. I ordered them on March 2nd! I only ordered a couple of washers for the star drag assembly and they went above and beyond and sent the whole washer kit!! Thank you Okuma! Great service!!
