I know there's a few other BD'ers on this trip. Myself and four of my buddies are going and will be staying at the Dolphin Friday night. Looks like we might be leaving with a load of 20.

Looking forward to meeting you and your friends on Saturday morning Dustin. Hopefully you and the rest of the gang will be able show this new guy a few tricks.

I can’t believe nobody’s jumped on And taking these last four spots. Especially with them being one of the few boats(5) Permitted to fish Guadalupe. Your timing looks excellent, I am jealous.
The Polaris Supreme left today for the Lupe. Looks like shogun and royal star had excellent catches on their recent trips.
I’m sure Tommy and Alec will put a great catch together.
An 8 day might just have you guys down below. Either way your stoked.
I will be in my office not fishing.

The CM, Dallas, is hoping we bomb straight for the ridge/rocks, but is leaving it in the hands of the pros. I'll be stoked either way!

Went on this trip many moons ago on the Q105, really had a good time.
Gary got the Pope's Nose Necklace on the last night.
    Have fun!

We came in on Sunday and were the only boat offloading. I'm sure if there were other boats at the docks at that time this trip would be the talk of the week. The PS website seriously down-played the action we had. I'm pretty sure it was the biggest score of wahoo for any boat this season. From the reports that we were getting the rest of the fleet combined had about a quarter of the wahoo we had.

I caught three on the troll, one on a pink Catchy Tackle bomb thrown from my BH Nano w/TP14K, and one on my BHS801H w/Saragosa 8K. I could have caught many more but I was happy with 5 and there weren't many people needing fish or hook-and-hands. I also lost two while throwing the surface iron for skippies to keep the chunk line going.

It seemed the Catchy bombs were outperforming everything else at first, but after awhile anything thrown behind the boat after a troll stop seemed to get bit. Saw 'em brought in on just about everything from bait to wax-wings.
I've never fished for wahoo before and tagged 5. My buddies have never fished for wahoo before, either and came home with 4, 5, 8, and 10 and could have easily tagged more. We were fishing the ridge the whole time and never made it to Alijos.

The orca show that topped off the trip was pretty dope, too. I was late with the camera and only captured this little fella but a few minutes earlier one of its larger acquaintances jumped up behind us so close that we literally could have touched it.

Welcome to WFO wahoo fishing. Fun fun fun for sure.
The whole trip sounded like a great time. I heard from Jeff and he sounds pretty pumped too.
Alec has been making great decisions all season. He seems to be in the grove. Tommy too. We made one of those “ moves” on my trip this year and boom- game on!
Sounds like the whole village will be enjoying Ono steaks for a while.
    Congratulations on a great trip.
FYI, there are still a couple spots on the 11-25 Lupe trip if you need a large yft fix. Lol.
Thanks for the details, I have been fishing at my office. NOT.

I have really seen a great start in Alec’s career.... The waterfront is a tuff crowd. The balance of talent and brains and the positive attitude is a asset to the Supreme operation.
