    Hi Gilbert,
I might be able to help you out.
I'm not sure what you mean by " not a through hull".
Does that mean you want it to drain out the bottom side? Or through the upper sidewall of the tank?
Any dimensions in height your looking for?

Hi Mike. Yes, I need a tank that has a pick up on the bottom and an overflow on top (side wall). I'm looking for a 10 to 15 gal for a 13ft. whaler.

I can’t help you find one, but I have a 13’ offshore in my 13’ whaler supersport and it works great! The pump is a transom mount and the drain goes straight through the transom. The bottom of the tank is trimmed to allow both hoses to run a foot or two along the floor. I can send pics if you want. Don’t think it can’t be done.
