Headed to Cat this morning into sloppy seas. Got to back side and nothing but sea lions and calico wanted to play. Was going to sit and wait it out but, after a known 6 pack charter set up 20 yards off my port I decided to run around to front side. Stuck 2 cuda close to legal size. Tossed them back. Around 10:30 I decided to run back to Long beach to go pick at my Ling Cod spot. 1st drop was a nice 28 inch Ling, followed up by another twin size ling.
After those two it was wide open Vermillion with the smallest being 3lbs.

1pm decided to call it a day headed home to clean boat and fish.

69 degree temp is what I showed
Dines and live squid
And gray skies with wash machine water.

I NEED ELECTRICAL HELP WITH SONAR INTERFERENCE, ANYONE KNOW ANYONE?

Good luck out there,Be Safe

I just got back from fishing at the shoe today as well. Winds picked up pretty hard today. Buddy got sick and we called it. Can I ask what depth were you fishing at in Long Beach?

Yeah man, what's up with that ass-hat 6-pack?

We finally hung one yellow after lunch and I turn around and that douche was 20 yards off my bow within seconds. Not very professional...but whatever. They did not hang any yellows that I saw.

We had basically the same experience as you today.

Wire your sonar directly to its own independent battery. Worked for me.
