Try the fuel dock near Newport Landing on the peninsula side. Sometimes they have bait.

We are shooting to have the barge up and running for the first weekend in april. If not, a few days earlier. As of now, there is not any live bait at the fuel dock. I'll post more as things get up and running.

The city ordinance is because the people in Corona Del Mar think it is and eyesore to there view of the ocean.

They can only have it out there for 6months at a time.

    Exactly what he said!!

There has been a few delays, but the new sceduled date is monday 4/13 and be baited the next day............If all goes as planned. If you want live bait this weekend, check with the Pamela Rose, in the early a.m. hours, on Ch 11 or Ultra Marine Fuel Dock

Came back from Cat on Tuesday morn and saw the buoy markers in place and the Pamela Rose was heading out.
