NEW TO THE LINE-UP, PENN Filet Knives, everything you need to clean fish from trout to tuna.

PENN knives are made with German stainless steel and have a 26-degree blade-edge that comes razor sharp straight out of the package. A black nickel titanium coating keeps corrosion at bay, verified by PENN’s 168-hour salt and acid test. Each knife is finished with a comfortable, ergonomic, non-slip rubber handle.

    • The 8-inch Curved Breaking Knife is an ideal steaking knife. ...
    • The 8-inch Serrated Knife edge has more cutting surface than a smooth blade to get through meat and bone with less effort. The serrated blade also holds its sharpness longer than a smooth blade.
    • PENN Standard Flex Knives are offered in 7-inch and 8-inch blade lengths. These smooth-edged knives slice through meat with a clean, accurate cut as the blade flexes to conform to the shape at hand, leaving less meat on the bone.
    • The 6-inch Firm Flex Knife is your best choice for smaller fish or more precise work.

MSRPs range from $19.99 to $24.99, each knife comes packaged with a safeguard sheath.
    Starts shipping this September.

There's German steel and then there's German steel... just like with German cars.

Those knives look good. I may have to get a couple.
