Late report, but rather than none... Took my fishing buddy with me on the New Lo-An for an overnight trip 9/13, fishing 9/14. Victor has never been to offshore for tuna, it was his first overnight trip which ended up way more than what the guy would've expected to bring home. He's got one decent 1BFT, 1YFT, and 1 rat YT. Not too bad for the first timer ( I got skunk on my first couple of OV trips). As for me, couple of dodo's (gave up one due to dual hook and mine being mouth hook, the one with swallowed bait got the fish), a BFT, and some rat YTs. The captain and crew of the New Lo-An was very professional and awesome! Can't say enough about them, working so hard to put us on fish every time,. I wouldn't hesitate to ride with them when get a chance to get out of the house. The key setup was 30lb floro with 2/0 ring hook.
