Awesome, great write up.
WOW......one of the best posts I have read on BD.
Great post. Congrats.
Passing the baton to the November report of the month!
Sweet baby Jesus praise the lord. I heard the bluegill bite is going off in flagstaff. Coulda stayed and got a hot local bite. Oh well.
Can't quite put my finger on just one thing, but there was something really special about this post!!!
Really really a cool post to read....... well done man!!!
Since everyone is wondering, I'll be the guy to ask..... Did your dad have you boys when he was 10!! Geeeez man, I'll bet there are a bunch of people on here thinking that dude in the orange hat is your brother.
What a truly cool trip and forever memory for your pops and his boys....... too cool!!!

It all came together for you guys, great report! It reads like it's from the heart.
Thanks for the awesome story. Getting me all hyped up for this weekend! Looks like a lot of stuff aligned perfectly for this trip to happen.
Fantastic report. Can't wait to get out there and try for the big boys.
May be a dumb question but whats the red ribbon tied to the rods in the photos.
Outstanding pics and play by play! I’m hoping to experience this euphoria this weekend!
Thanks for sharing and cngrats
Fishin dreams come to life... this is one time where the term EPIC truly fits..
Got 5 older brothers and none of them have ever touched a rod ... only in my dreams.. congrats..
Thanks everyone! I hope anyone who's going out boats their personal bests!! Big tuna are the coolest fish in the sea. There's just nothing better. For anyone who wants to fish with my dad in the flesh, hes building up a crew to fish the New Lo An again on the 27th. We had too many friends freak out when they saw our pictures. Us brothers won't make it unfortunately.
Haha , He turned 50 this year!!!! and can grow an even sweeter beard than Bennett or me. I was actually born one month before my dad caught his first 100 pounder (the one in the pic) in '94.
And the orange flags on the rods is my dads signature move when we fish party boats. He says its to keep track of the rods but I think he just likes looking down the rail and generally seeing an orange flag rod bent!! Haha
Wow. Absolutely incredible. Thank you so much for taking the time writing that and sharing with us. Love your passion.
Just booked, leaving Sunday 7pm. I'll say hello to the Ol' Man.
Awesome report...and congrats
The red ribbon was their secret to attracting the Tuna.
I was on this trip and these boys were hooked up, doing the full boat tour all day long. Every time you heard under or over, it would be a rod with that red ribbon. I was getting real tired of these guys walking there Tunas in front of us! Such show offs. JK. I unfortunately left my red ribbon at home and had a harder time getting bit. I did however land 1.
What an amazing trip! This family absolutely slayed that day! Great report! Great fishing! Great memories!
Outstanding report. Among the best I've ever seen here. Congrats to you, your Dad and brothers. Job so very well done. Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
Great report. It was a great trip and I for one will never forget it. It was a real pleasure meeting you, your dad and brothers. A true trip of a lifetime!
