    Jeff is a class act and I will miss him greatly on the Star. Be sure to ask him for one of his business cards funniest thing I have ever seen.

    I believe Jeff Grant is a James Beard award winner. That's some serious stuff culinary wise.

    Jeff is a very skilled chef and sad to see him leave. Hes very technical in balancing plates and everything is scratch. Desserts too. Great purveyor of humanity and def makes or exceeds the standards of the intrepid.

    I'm stoked for the top notch reviews for Chef Jeff, and I know how well Stan and Perry held it down; I'll miss Stan though, Good Luck Brother!!

    I was on a 8 day Seguar trip last fall.. Perry was great on the trip. I just booked a 14 day trip in December on the Intrepid
