    1) 1 7/8” o.d . Rubber inserts for the rocket launcher
    2) Garmin? Electronics with 12” front and 12 or 10” rear screen, radar and thru Hull transducer.
    3) windows.... I’m really liking what ajr has going on but opinions are great.

All of my nav lights are Lopo lights. I got tired of constAntly fixing or replacing the cheap shit. You will see the difference when you hold one. Hella makes a decent lite as well

Next change is I will be switching to new electronics and want opinions. I have had Furuno and don’t see myself going back that way so I’m thinking Garmin or Simrad. I will be doing front and rear screens, radar, sounder(thru Hull) and gps.

I would go Garmin over simrad everyday. In my experience the navico companies like simrad and lowrance are just not up to par. I've been fairly happy with raymarine and have liked the Garmin systems I've used.

If it’s in your budget the raymarine axiom pro is pretty much the pimp shit! With matching autopilot and 1kw Ducer and wireless radar it makes quite a nice package. (Team sency switched to that after being a Garmin guy and not that the garmin stuff was bad at all but it’s been a pretty impressive switch)
Talk to @DEEP MAGIK or @Walker Inc. if you are going that route. They can guide your way.

I put Motion Windows (peninsula glass or a few other internet names) in my cabin when I did the hard cabin add last year. Hands down they were the best price especially because I picked them up and saved hundreds on special shipping and pallets.... The quality is good. Glass is glass once you decide on coloring, tempering, etc... The extrusions are all about the same with all manufacturers... The corner radius is bent in a machine, so they are all similar...

Couple of my fixed windows they actually made upside down, so the tempering stamp on in the top now rather than lower left corner like it is supposed to be..... when I e-mailed him about it the after sale service sucked.... He ignored me.....

They don’t give you shit for install instructions, but the staff tell you to watch the video online when you pick them up.... The video online refers you to a seal tape that was not provided, so I contacted them... The video is generic since they also make windows for RV’s.... I e-mailed Jeff and he said on boats most people use Silkaflex similar marine adhesive....

The plastic track filler piece on slider windows distorts almost immediately....

So..... if you don’t give a shit about service after the sale (which you probably don’t need) then they will definitely save you some bank!

Eric (spookaloo) had referred me to Winn as I recall and they were double the price when adding in the pallet fees and shipping fees.... I can deal with their lousy service to save $1200.00!

Freeman windows and Diamond Seaglaze have deals sometimes one in stock close outs of you can make them work....

My usual go-tos have been Icom and Standard Horizon, but the new Raymarine 60 VHF with remote mic are excellent choices - and meet your needs perfectly.

Windows; Diamond Seaglaze, new electronics, Raymarine, bait pumps; shurflow or bait sentry, bilge pumps and switches; Rule, Switches, C/Bs, fuse panels; blue seas, wiring; tined with heatshrink with adhesive, do it once and spend the money. Don't scimp.
