Hey guys , looking for someone to install this on my 18.5ft Grady White CC. I’ve spoken to Tom towerfab, Craig at West Coast tanks , Fishing Boats Unlimited in CM and West Coast Marine. I’ve decided to go with a pre made unit that seems pretty good but need to find someone to install it. No luck as far as price on the installwith the previous guys mentioned, out of my budget range. Anyone have someone else they can recommend or anyone willing to share their experience on installing this?? Pic is of the seat I have right now.

I always get a little shy when I see live well and not bait tank!East coast style live wells usually have a drain pipe in the bait area.Do it right the first time and make sure you get a true bait tank.JMO,Tom

I agree with Tom, you would be better off just putting a west coast tank behind your existing leaning post, could probably find a used one for a good deal and pay someone to install it right.

I just went through the same exercise, I ended up buying a leaning post from welding world (they will ship for free) and a bait tank from pacific edge. Then I had H&H here in Pacific Beach do the install. I was out on a particularly rough day recently and had very little dead bait. Very happy with all of my choices.

I"m buying a Grady with this factory leaning post bait tank. I will most likely will be pulling this off the boat because it is only 32 gallon

Don't buy that one you originally posted about. Get a true West Coast bait tank locally or something like what Mike recommends.

For install, call this guy.

Loren 949-370-7188 (mobile)

or this guy

Joe 760-822-5025 (drive the boat to his house in Oceanside)

Here's Loren's work on my current boat:
